Lovely double, gorgeous house, 8 mins Dalston Junc

We have a light, furnished, double room overlooking the garden in a large Victorian end of terrace house in the beautiful and quiet De Beauvoir conservation area.

The location is fantastic. We’re a short walk to all that Dalston has to offer like the train stations, Ridley Road Market, and all the shops and cafés. We're close to the canal too, where you can walk along to Broadway Market and Victoria Park or Angel in the other direction. It's also very easy to get into central London by bike or public transport.

The house has a large, west facing garden, a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, both sitting and dining rooms and Wi-Fi throughout the house of course. The quiet garden is a lovely place to sit in surrounded by trees, birds and squirrels.

The room would ideally suit someone in their late 30s and upwards, who would like living in a friendly, relaxed and tidy shared house. We're sociable but we also respect each other’s needs for a quieter time. We'd prefer a non-smoking female housemate as we’ve found a 50/50 male/female mix works very well here.
