I have one large double ensuite room available in a three bed flat. There is also a large bathroom in the flat.

The flat is based on Regents Canal with easy access to buzzy Dalston and Shoreditch. Haggerston itself is a peaceful spot between the two. Walking along the canal, it's a 10 minute stroll to Broadway market in one direction and 10 minutes to Islington in the other. It's also a 5 minute walk from the overground station which has great transport links.

The flat itself is on the 2nd floor of the block. It's got secure fob entry, 24 hour security patrol, CCTV, lockable bike cage and a lift. The balcony has sunshine for a majority of the day (when it's sunny!).

The price includes all bills, including a weekly cleaner who comes to make the flat nice before the weekend. We have Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

I’m 29 and have lived as a landlord in the flat for 6 years but am now moving out to live with my boyfriend. I have always had a great relationship with my house mates - having a glass of wine / watching tv in the evening should we be in at the same time. So I am looking for someone lovely to fill my spot. You will be sharing the flat with Iseult - 28 from Ireland, and Elin 28 from Sweden. It’s a social flat, yet we also respect each others space.
