2 weeks sublet Room in friendly De Beauvoir house

Hi,

I am going away for 2 weeks from the 13th of July to the 27th of July (both included) and would like to sublet my lovely double room in our friendly house share at De Beauvoir, Haggerston, East London. The room is a decent size, with large ceilings and a big sash window.

We're ideally located for transport with the overground and buses to central only a 5-10 min walk away. Highbury and Islington is also a 20 min fast walk. The area is super lovely to live in and our street is very quiet as it is blocked off from traffic.

The rest of us in the house are a friendly bunch, we often like to share dinner and hang out together in the living room after work or in the garden during the summer. We treat the home as a peaceful place where we can all relax.

The room will be available on the mentioned period (second half month of July) and looking to rent out for a total of 350 gbp.
