The room comes with a double bed, three chests of drawers, bookshelf and built-in wardrobe and its own private bathroom. The room is available from mid June for a negotiable term. The rent including all bills and fortnightly cleaner is £350/week.

Located less than a five minute walk from Haggerston Overground Station offering routes to Highbury and Islington and Canary Wharf, it's surrounded by some of East London's best independent waterside cafes, shops, bars, galleries and creative work spaces.

It is in close proximity to the the bustling Broadway Market and Columbia Road Flower Market and London Fields and Victoria Park are but a stone’s throw away. It is only a ten-minute ride down the cycle superhighway to Moorgate or Liverpool Street and there is a Boris bike station directly outside the flat.
