A big, bright double room - available from mid-May onwards (min. 12 months). The room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe, with space leftover for your desk, yoga mat, workout equipment, sneaker collection or whatever else you need. It has large windows and amazing views over the local area. The large bathroom is shared with just one flatmate and has a bath, toilet and vanity. The flat is also spacious - a clean, calm and inviting apartment with shared kitchen, living and amazing sunny terrace. The apartment and building have all the amenities you could need.
You: are a considerate, clean, sociable professional who brings positive vibes and joy. Clean & tidy, considerate of others, active, open-minded, easy going and looking to share a home and a connection with the people you live with (rather than just sharing a front door). You clean up after yourself, have your own interests and are up for chatting/getting to know your flatmates. If that includes things like going for the odd drink/meal/jog/hike/dance/theatre/etc, that's a great sign when it happens. Ideally also a similar age, meaning around 30+ yrs old, give or take a bit. To keep a balance in the flat, males are preferred but we will consider both. No couples, sorry!
The room: a large double room with wooden floorboards, large windows - lovely, bright and with great views.
Housemates: We are a mix of professionals who do hybrid working. We do love to catch up in the living room, share a drink on the terrace (when the summer arrives!), and otherwise keep active with our own interests, share the odd movie night, cooking or night out. We're all independent so have our own things going on but like to get along and not be strangers in our own home :) We're very respectful of weekday routines and keeping shared spaces tidy and welcoming.
