A big, bright double room - available from *September*. It shares a full-sized bathroom with one other (female). The room has plenty of space for a desk, dresser, etc with room leftover for your workout equipment, sneaker collection or whatever else you need :) The flat is also spacious - a clean, calm and inviting penthouse apartment with shared kitchen, living and amazing sunny terrace, even in winter. The apartment and building have all the amenities you could need!

You: are a sociable professional who brings good energy :) active, open-minded, tidy, considerate, easy going and up for a chat or a drink/meal when around. Ideally also a similar age, meaning around 30+ yrs old, give or take a bit. We prefer *guys* as are looking to keep a balance in the flat (currently skewed fhe other way).

The room: a good sized double room with carpet, north facing window - lovely and bright!

Housemates: We are a mix of professionals working partially still from home. We do love to catch up in the living room, share a drink on the terrace, and otherwise keep active with our own interests, share the odd movie night, cooking or night out. We're all independent so have our own things going on but like to get along and not be strangers in our own home :) We're very respectful of weekday routines and each other's space.

Fine print: The move-in date may be flexible; Rental contract is with a property management company and is per individual room which means no hassle of coordinating leases, etc; the agency are really responsive with questions, repairs, etc.; Min. contract duration is 6 months.
