Hi! I'm moving out for work, so will need someone to fill my room for 6/7 mo., with the possibility of making it permanent. Earliest move-in date is Feb 20, but we can be flexible!

It's a friendly place, a homely balance of chilled and sociable, with a shared living room and big garden. We're very respectful of everyone's health in these tricky times, and are mostly working from home, with fun walks to the park (with the dog that we dog-sit/borrow!) and movie nights/themed costume parties to keep things lively.

The room is on the first floor, back of the house, with a view of the garden and neighbourhood (very peaceful!) and is £589 pcm excluding bills which in total come to around £50-60pm, the deposit is £690. (Rent goes up by 3% in September.) Inside is no smoking, but if you wish to smoke you can use the garden.

We're a mix of creative film, illustration and environmental-sector types and are an open, friendly bunch and welcome all kinds of people. We currently have a split of two females and two males and are happy for anyone to fill the room. We like to hang out, cook together and watch films/tv after work during the week (and during lockdown we've been going all out on themed nights at the weekend).

Location-wise we're tucked away in the centre of De Beauvoir Town, with Dalston, Haggerston, Highbury and the canal only short walks away. Its a great area to live in, lots of stuff going on but still very peaceful leafy streets. (When pubs open we have The Scolt Head and De Beauvoir Arms both one min away).
