Great room in friendly N1 flat

I am renting my room in this friendly kiwi shared house in De Beauvoir. The lease is ending at the start of June so the possibly lease period would be now until the end of May.

The flatmates are really friendly (two couples, one single), who work hard during the week but love socialising and sport (pretty regular Kiwis to be honest). I am only subletting because I have returned to NZ. The house is large, with an open plan kitchen/dining. It has everything you need (and probably more) in terms of cooking stuff, furniture and sports gear. It is really close to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland and only a 20 minute walk to Shoreditch.

The room is probably a large single in size. It has a double bed, a big wardrobe, a bookshelf, a bedside table and a nice window overlooking the garden.
