Bright room in friendly house in De Beauvoir

We're looking for a friendly housemate (male preferred to keep the balance) to join our shared house in De Beauvoir Town. Our ideal candidate would be open-minded, laidback, and looking for a place to call home.

The room is a large and very bright double with a double bed, plenty of storage space and room for a desk. It has a lovely view of our quiet, tree-lined street.

The house is three stories with a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms with bathtub/shower (2 people per bathroom), a dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a leafy garden with a pub table and a shed we use for storage.

You’d be living with Jeanne (F), Natasha (F) and Hayden (M). Jeanne is French/Singaporean, works in a bank, and is always on the hunt for the best food and vintage shopping London has to offer. Natasha is from Yorkshire, works in Legal-tech and loves a boogie. Hayden is Welsh, is into all-things drag race, and works for a Labour MP on climate policy (looking for protest and badminton buddies)!

Though we all have our own thing going for us, we get along really well and enjoy spending time together - impromptu pints after work, movies and board games, as well as hosting the odd bbq or party. We hope to find someone who is similarly community-minded, clean and respectful but looking for a home rather than just a room. We all work during the week and enjoy later nights on weekends and would like someone with a similar schedule.

The room is 860 gbp. Utilities are ~100gbp per month, including high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, council tax, and a cleaner every two weeks. We rent directly from the lovely landlords so no estate agency nightmares!
