Gorgeous Garden Home in quiet mews

Hi all!

We are very lucky to live in a stunning two storey house in a private gated mews with a big south facing garden (with in-built BBQ!).

We have a big double room with ensuite available from early December. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Lots of storage within in-built cupboards and space for a desk in the room.

We have a big open plan living room and dining room and a modern kitchen with all the best appliances. It was our landlord's own home and he has not spared any expense! Ice machine, huge double fridge, miele appliances etc. The dining room table can seat 10 people easily so we have had many great dinners here.

It's also super quiet as we are down a private gated mews off the main road. There's parking available and storage in the garden shed.

Bills not included and there's a cleaner every two weeks.

Current housemates are Iona, a documentary filmmaker who loves to backpack around the world and Dan who works in finance, is a proud plant dad, an excellent cook and enjoys playing football on the weekends. We're sociable and love firing up the bbq in the summer and inviting all our friends around. On weekdays we also do intimate dinners with friends or cook for each other but keep it more tame.

The area of De Beauvoir is a big draw. A deli, famous De Beauvoir Arms and wholefoods next door, plenty of lively pubs with gardens and lots of cute cafes & restaurants nearby. A short stroll to the canals too.

We would love it if you told us something about yourself and feel free to ask any questions! Essentially we are looking for long term housemates who are looking for a clean but fun home.

Move in date is December 8th although January 8th is also a possibility.
