Lovely double in spacious house (De Beauvoir Town)

This beautiful room with a large inbuilt cupboard is on the top floor of a 3-storey, 5-bedroom house in De Beauvoir town, 3 minutes' walk from Haggerston Overground station.

The ground floor is a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area which opens up into a garden with a patio, grass, flowers, vegetables, and a barbecue. On the first floor there are two ensuite rooms and on the top another en-suite and 2 double bedrooms which share a big bathroom (with a tub). This room is one of the doubles that shares the bathroom.

The rent price is £605 and historically bills have come to roughly £120/month in winter and 100 in summer. Bills include a cleaner once a week, WiFi, Council Tax, water, gas, and electricity.

The four housemates you will be living with are a happy and friendly bunch of international professionals with diverse sexual orientations, careers, and interests. Everyone is pretty independent, but we do love to get together over the odd dinner or drinks. We're not a "heavy party" house, though we have the odd dinner or barbecue. We are all very proud of our home, and take great care in keeping it very clean and tidy. We have a happy and growing collection of houseplants, as well as a beautiful and productive garden. The house is in the heart of De Beauvoir Town, ~3 mins from Haggerston station, 7 mins from Dalston Junction, and about 15 mins from Essex Road. London Fields, Broadway Market, and Shoreditch are all within walking distance. There are 24-hour buses towards central London. The neighbourhood is great for walking and cycling.

Gym, coffee shops / brunch spots, and a cocktail bar within 2 minutes' walk, a yoga studio 5 mins away, and 3 local pubs. Tesco, Sainsbury's, M&S food, and Co-op within walking distance; off-license at the corner of the block.
