Double room in De Beauvoir Town

We are searching for a new third flatmate for our beautiful flat in De Beauvoir Town who is ideally a young professional like us.

The Room
The room is on the second floor and is facing Southgate Road, and gets a lot of natural light during the day. The second floor has a bathroom that you will share with one other flatmate. The room is unfurnished, but in the hallway outside the room there is a closet with a set of drawers in it.

The house
It's a two-floor house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and some storage space. It is right above the De Beauvoir Deli Cafe.
The kitchen is combined with the living room and comes with a nice balcony facing the street. We have a gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. We also have a seperate laundry room with a washer-dryer.

Location
There’s a bus stop right in front of the house, with buses going into the city every few minutes. 5 minutes walk to Haggerston station, 12 minutes walk to Dalston Junction and quick bus or 20 minute walk to Old Street tube. Tesco/Sainsbury’s, off-license as well as pubs and restaurants all nearby.

Bills
Usually around 180 pounds each during winter (incl. Electricity, water, gas, council tax and fibre internet), this includes recent price hikes.

Flatmates
You will be sharing the house with two young professionals - Paul (American/German) who works in data and Josh (Australian) who works at Disney. We typically do our own thing in the house but socialise when we’re in the kitchen cooking. Every now and then we also have dinner together at the weekend, where we make food with a few people and have a drink. We like to go out on the weekends but normally don’t take the party home and keep the house peaceful. The ideal housemate would have a similar lifestyle; a young professional who likes to socialise and keeps the house tidy.

There is a (small) admin fee for changing the contract with the agency (the Benyon Estate) - but the agency is quite good compared to others.
