Garden facing room in De Beauvoir

A large semi-furnished double room in De Beauvoir has become available. The room has built-in open shelved/ coat rails with a lot of light as has French doors that open up to the back garden. The house itself has a big communal open space accommodating both a living room and an open kitchen. We have two bathrooms in the house, one on the top floor and one on the bottom. You will be sharing the bottom bathroom with one other person.

We are all a lovely bunch of people who love a cheeky afternoon pint in the garden or a Sunday roast at the local pub. We all enjoy each other's company but also do a lot of our own thing. I’ve lived in this house for two years and have enjoyed it incredibly. The only reason I have to move is due to moving in with my partner. You will have the most incredible roommates. We have Pieter 34, who works in marketing. Reece, 28 works as a data analyst and hobby musician. Ashleigh, 28 works in an innovation hub for sustainability. I’m super sad to be leaving this beautiful place but hope to find someone who can enjoy this lovely house and people as much as I have. The room will be available from the 21 Aug forward.
