YOUR ROOM
French windows lead directly onto your private terrace. Furnishings include an iron bedstead, work desk with ergonomic chair, and a large wardrobe for storage.
Downstairs, there's a shared living room, modern fitted kitchen and dining area. Bi-folding glass doors lead into the garden, complete with patio seating, BBQ and lawn. The bathroom has a free-standing roll-top tub; please note, the shower style is hand-held rather than standing. There's also a separate WC upstairs.
The other tenant is my sister, a female professional in her mid-30s. There is also one resident cat, Indiana, who is very sweet and affectionate. Please only contact if you’re comfortable with a pet ☺️
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Elizabeth Avenue is a wide tree-lined road between Essex Road, Haggerston and Canonbury Overground stations. It's easily walkable to Highbury & Islington, Old Street or Angel stations.
This has to be one of London's best areas when it comes to dining out; from coffee shops and charming pubs to Broadway Market and the famous De Beauvoir Deli, foodies are spoiled for choice. Plenty of open green spaces for a stroll, too, including Rosemary Gardens, DeBeauvoir Square, Shoreditch Park and Regents Canal. The shops of Upper Street are only short walk away.
