Two Large Double Bedroom with large terrace

Hi, I’m Danielle, 31 and both work full time in London.

Unfortunately my flat mates are moving out at the end of February making two double room savailable in our beautiful De Beauvoir flat.

The property is located exceptionally, with a bus stop directly outside the front of the building. Highbury and Islington, Essex Road and Haggerston stations are all within a 5-15 minute walk of the flat.

The property has a large terrace that runs the length of the flat over looking Roseberry Gardens and is positioned closely to the Canal. We also have a communal roof garden accessible to all residents, as well as a gym, steam room and sauna and 24/7 concierge downstairs.

The room has direct access to the terrace and has one bathroom shared between yourself and one other room.

Bills are not included but are around £200 per person per month.

I am hoping to find minded professionals. I’m big on cleanliness so a tidy person is important (we’ve all been there with those tedious housemates don’t don’t clean up after themselves) im social and friendly but also work Monday-Friday (mostly at home) so like to be sensible during the week. This is not a party house and am looking for two people that suit this important requirement.
