We’re looking for a fourth gal to join our lovely home in DeBeauvoir.
It’s a modern 4 bed, 3 story townhouse located on a quiet road in the heart of DeBeauvoir. On the ground floor we have a kitchen which we have fitted out with every appliance you could need (wine fridge, dishwasher, washer & dryer), a cosy sitting / dining room with French doors leading to our back garden and a communal WC. The 1st and 2nd floor each have two en-suite double bedrooms and ample storage (your room would be at the back of house / garden facing on the 2nd floor).
We - Mollie and Lauren (a couple), and Nicole - are looking for a fourth person to join us in the house. We’re a laidback, social house who enjoy casually hanging out or watching tv in the evenings, going for a coffee/pastry/bagel run if we end up wfh the same days, or going for a Sunday roast etc. Hacha or the DB Arms are our regulars so a bonus if you like to frequent either :) We all contribute towards making our house as homely and cozy as possible, and consciously put in effort to make it a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Move in date is flexible but ideally mid August (31 August at the latest). Deposit is set at £1188. Bills include our biweekly cleaner and come to around £130 - £150 pp monthly. Our lease is up for renewal in November 2024 so you would be subletting from the outgoing tenant until then, with the view to go on the new 12 month lease if it can be renewed.
