Double bedroom in a 3 bed flat in a lovely gated, ground floor apartment in the heart of De Beauvoir available from 14th October 2026!

THE ROOM:
The room comes with a double bed, and 2 sets of small drawers (not shown in the photos). It has a built in wardrobe which is great for storage! The big set of drawers and desk will be going so there’s room for you to bring your own furniture if you’d like. You will share a bathroom with 1 other person and it includes a bath with a shower, heated towel rail and great-sized storage cupboards.

THE FLAT:
The living room/kitchen area is open planned and really spacious, gets a good amount of natural light and has recently been painted - also has underfloor heating!!! The kitchen is fully stocked with communal utensils/plates etc (also room if you want to bring a more of your own!) and has lots of shared and personal storage space, we also have a dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. There is a large table to eat or work from too if you don’t want to wfh in your room or have friends for dinner.

Flat also comes with a lovely communal garden however the other flats have small balconies so it is mainly just used by us. It gets lots of sun in the summer and is getting of abit of a tidy up/new plants this spring so will even nicer chill area for the summer sun!

THE HOUSEMATES:
You will be moving with 2 females - Harriet, 33 , who works in tech, loves music, enjoys eating out/drinking wine and Jemma, 29, who works in Interior Design, enjoys hot pilates, travelling, and finding the best food and drink spots across London!

The flat is a chilled place to live (not a party house am afraid!) with the perfect combination of having a good old chat but also being able to have space to yourself when needed. We're looking for another female who is down to earth, around similar ages & happy to spend time but also has their own circles /interests and is the standard clean/considerate etc.

We are also open to anyone who WFH’s! We both wfh around 2 days a week.

LOCATION:
We LOVE the location - super close to all local pubs and major supermarkets including Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Tesco plus lovely independent cafes, restaurants!

TRANSPORT:
Less than 10 minutes’ walk to Dalston Junction and Kingsland. 15 mins walk from Highbury & Islington. Multiple bus stops at the end of our road & a lime bike station at the end off the road if you like a lime!

BILLS/LANDLORD:
The rent is £860 per month. Bills are on top …currently around £165 per month for electricity, broadband, council tax and water. The TV licence is also paid annually.

You will also need to pay a security deposit of £800 which will be placed in a deposit protection scheme for the duration of your stay. We rent privately with the landlady who is great and couldn’t be more helpful so no administration fees to pay!
