Description
Perfectly located in the heart of De Beauvoir Town, a room in our house with a big garden and 4 lovely housemates has become available as our housemate has bought a place with her boyfriend.
The House
Spread over two floors the house has an open plan living room/kitchen with space to dine and chill out. There are two bathrooms with bath and shower options. Featuring skylights and windows throughout, the house is super bright and airy and has lovely garden views. Outside there's a BBQ, hammocks, umbrella, festival lighting, lounge seating area and plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining in the summer, and a fire pit to enjoy all year round.
The Room
An incredibly bright and sunny room with doors leading to the back garden. The house is furnished but the housemate will be taking her things to her new place so the room is unfurnished (no built in robes).
The Area
Ideally located on a super quiet no through road, even though it's only minutes away from the hustle of Dalston with literally everything you could need from M&S to Aldi, a big Sainsburys, countless shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, markets and Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations. It's also an easy walk to Haggerston, Shoreditch and Spitalfields. Within De Beauvoir Town is an excellent selection of pubs such as The Scolt Head and The Talbot and the famous De Beauvoir Deli. Nearby parks include Victoria Park, Clissold Park, London Fields, Highbury Fields and Regents Canal is also less than 10 mins walk away.
The Housemates
You’ll be living with an Aussie girl, an Essex guy and a couple (Belgian guy/Polish girl) who are all super respectful and mindful of each other's personal space but also up for a laugh and drinks together. We also like to watch movies, play games around the firepit, have bbqs and parties from time to time :)
You
We all started as strangers but have since become friends and genuinely get along well. We are hoping to find someone who will complement the household just as well! Other things which are important to us is to find someone who values a clean and tidy nice home, is respectful, positive, chill and fun. Please note we also have an adorable bengal x ragdoll cat who is 1yo.
The Costs
~£865 covers ALL the monthly rent and bills (council tax, gas, electricity, wifi, water, and any incidentals such as bin bags etc). **Please note that if bills increase, this figure will also naturally increase.
£50 reference/admin fee to Benyon Estate (landlord)
£750 deposit to the outgoing tenant
If this sounds good to you please send us a message and tell us a little bit about yourself. Looking to have viewings in the coming weeks. Ideally you will be able to move in on Sat 23 or 30 August (TBC depending on when the house completion date is confirmed for our departing housemate).
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks
