Double room with walk-in wardrobe

We have a bright double bedroom with a park view, available early March The room has a workspace and a walk-in wardrobe.

The flat has two floors and is on the ground floor with its own entrance. We’ve got a large south facing garden and a nice park out the front. Due to its location it’s basically silent from any noise pollution from traffic too!

There’s a lounge/dining room with two sofas, a TV and a dining table.
The kitchen is separate and has plenty of room. There’s 1.5 bathrooms which we’ve recently renovated.

Bills are split between 4 and work out at approximately £94 each month.

We love the area, as there’s loads of great pubs and restaurants close by.
Transport wise it’s close to the overground in Canonbury and Dalston, plus the Victoria line in Highbury and Islington and the northern line in Angel. The buses all have great connections too.

You’ll be living us, Emma and Dan, we’re a couple and have been together 10 years. We bought the flat 3 years ago and have just about got to the end of our renovations. Then our other flatmate Victoria from New Zealand who we’ve been living with for 2 years now. Everyone’s friendly in the flat and it’s important we get on with the person we live with and keep a nice dynamic in the house, so please tell us a bit about yourself when you message.
