Double Room in De Beauvoir

We have an unfurnished (open to selling some items) small double bedroom up for grabs in our spacious, lovely house in De Beauvoir Town from the 1st November. We have a 2nd room available also so please enquire if you are looking for 2 rooms!

We have a beautiful terrace house with big garden, single driveway, two full bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen/dining space.

It’s a great location - 5-minute walk from Haggerston overground and 10-minute walk from Dalston Junction. London Fields/Broadway Market is a short walk along Regents Canal, and we’ve got great pubs/eateries in ALL directions.

The House Mates
You would be living with three professionals in their early 30s, females - Nic (production), Nadia (Music ) and someone new who will be moving in at the same time! We enjoy living in a chilled yet social environment. We’re pretty normal, like things most people like - i. e. plants, food, pubs, Netflix and card games, don’t like things most people like i. e. bad smells, slow walkers, sticky countertops. We all help to make the house homely and to make the garden nice for summer (when it decides to show up).

Boring bits
The rent is £978 PCM including bills (bills are subject to increase as and when providers increase rates however this has just happened in September so we aren’t expecting a rent increase for another year)

The house is managed by the Benyon Estate, a local letting agent. They are reliable and always on hand to carry out any necessary repairs or works.
