Great location - only a 3 minute walk to Haggerston station, 8 minutes to Dalston Junction, 15 minutes to London Fields and 1 minute to the Canal.

The building has bike storage, a 24/7 concierge, a gym, sauna and grassy outdoor area. The flat has a small yard area with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

You will be living with myself and a lovely kiwi couple. I am 26 yo from Sydney Aus and enjoy sport, socialising and work as a sales engineer (mainly from home). Sophie and Grover are from NZ and also love being social and active, running, going to the Gym and participating in various competitions. Grover is in consulting and Sophie is a town planner. We are all very laid back but take pride in a clean shared space and like minimum drama.

We are signed up for a 1 year lease and are looking for one person to join. The move in date is 2nd of May.
