Cosy Double Room in De Beauvoir Town Townho

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our idyllic home in De Beauvoir Town.

We are three professionals in our late 20s and early 30s. Charlotte works in a social media agency , Tamar works in marketing, and Jack is a project manager. We are looking for a fellow professional of similar age to join us, preferably male, to keep the house balance (sorry ladies!). Most of us work in an office 2-5 days per week.

The cosy room is on the top floor of the house. It's big enough to fit a double bed, shelves, and a bedside table. The room is the smallest (and cheapest) in the house, with closet and wardrobe space located on the landing just outside the room. See the images for reference.

The house itself is spacious, with a big kitchen (two fridges!), a separate living and dining room, and a massive garden with a BBQ and picnic bench—which is amazing in the summer months! The room is on the cosy side and fits a double bed and table.

The house is in a great location, moments from the picturesque De Beauvoir Square, Haggerston and Shoreditch Parks, a great selection of pubs, and the bustle of Kingsland Road. Haggerston station is a 7-minute walk away, and there are plenty of bus and cycle links close by.

We all like to have the odd dinner/BBQ together or take a trip to the pub. We're looking for a considerate housemate, who likes to keep a tidy home and join in for the odd bevvy.
Rent is £584 PCM, bills come to around £100 PCM. Move-in date is any time from the 10th April 2024.

The room comes unfurnished with the option of purchasing a bed frame, mattress and some other furniture from the current tenant.
