This peaceful 3-bedroom flat is located 5 min walk from Haggerston station. We are very close to De Beauvoir square, Hoxton, Dalston, Shoreditch, Old Street, Liverpool Street, Angel, Highbury & Islington.

The room is £1100 excluding bills and comes fully furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed, curtains and a bedside table (price to be discussed with leaving tenant). The new tenant will share a bathroom with a female flatmate.

My two Italian flatmates are looking for a house mate who is respectful, fun, friendly, clean and easy going. The main communal area is the living room with open kitchen.

The departing tenant will be leaving on May 1st.
