Students looking for flatmate in aug/sept

We're two female students. Ages 19 and 20. Both studying Fashion textiles at London Metropolitan University. Both outgoing, easy to get on with, always up for plans and different social situations. Also looking to meet new people. We love fashion, being creative and design work. One girl from Cornwall and ones from Dorset so both used to being by the sea rather than city life. Our current flatmate is moving in with her girlfriend therefore, looking for someone to take her place as such a nice area and flat to live in so don't want to give it up!
We're looking for someone that has some similar interests, can get along easy with people, happy to have people round and socialise. We would love to meet you first so you can sus out us and sue out the area we live in if its comfortable for youuuu.
The flat has a perfect location, 15 min walk from Old street station, 15 min walk from Highbury and islington, 2 very good bus routes 76, 141 right outside the flat, perfect location to walk into Shoreditch.
Bills aren't included in the price. It's currently 130 a month for unlimited everything but varies from 110-120 occasionally.
