Small room in lavely flat, Haggerston (in summer)

Hi there!

I am going away over the summer and subletting my small room in Haggerston. It is quite small but has everything you need (bed, desk, wardrobe, shelf) and a big window with trees in front :) there is a big living room and a big kitchen plus a balcony.

The area is the absolute best. It's 1 minute from the canal where you can walk along admiring the houseboats (15 minutes to the broadway market and 20 minutes to Angel), it's right next to Kingsland road full of shops, cafés, pubs and music venues. By bike its 15 minutes to the center and the overground station Haggerston is 3-4 minutes walking distance.

My flatmate David (29) is going to be there over the whole time and Asya (24) is going to be there from July. They're both absolutely lovely people, always down for a chat, hanging out in the loving room, going for a beer or to the local markets together.

The bills are not included but will amount to 80-90 pounds more or less. I am a bit flexible on the dates!
