Looking for a housemate to join me in Elmore St De Bov from mid June onwards.
The house has a huge backyard- perfect for summer, large kitchen, space for 2 office desks and big enough for the bedroom. It is right around the corner from the Deli and De Bov Arms.
The current flatmate is returning to Canada and I am looking for male or female to join the house.
A little bit about me, 33 year old Australian from Sydney. Currently work at a Tech Company in Liverpool St. Go into the office 2-3 times a week (ideal would be someone who goes into the office too).
Looking for a housemate who is chilled, social, wants to make the apartment a home.
The landlord requires a credit check.
Bills usually are around £150 or so extra per month.
