Two Week Holiday Let - June 23 - July 6 2026

Hi! I'm subletting my top floor one-bedroom flat FOR TWO WEEKS ONLY - located on one of the most desirable no through roads in the heart of De Beauvoir Village.

Ufton Road is a pretty tree-lined low-transport-neighbourhood street in De Beauvoir Village between Islington and Dalston. Local amenities are within easy reach and include the De Beauvoir Deli, local restaurants and gastro pubs. There are excellent bus routes to the City from Southgate Road and the Overground stations at Dalston and Haggerston are within easy reach.

It is my home, and I'd prefer a single person who is super respectful of that (if it is a fab couple then I'd add on a little extra costs each month). And who will water my plants! Again, it is two weeks, so a holiday let. Central but quiet London!

Entire flat one bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen. Neighbours that appreciate calm and quiet! Close to posh Islington, hipster Dalston, Haggerston and Shoreditch, to galleries and cafes and pop ups and parks. Regents Canal and its canal boats nearby. My street is in a low transport neighbourhood - there's a little park at one end.

Very much after someone responsible, professionally employed and respectful of property. Maybe someone's parents are visiting?? All bills included except Wifi.
