About The Flatmate
You'd be living with Karmen, a tidy, organised and possibly the friendliest flatmate you could hope for! Living with her truly feels like having a built-in support system, as she’s pretty much always ready with a smile and a kind word. She makes any space feel warm and welcoming. I can't recommend her highly enough!



Karmen is 36 and is a personal trainer. Her schedule usually includes early nights and mornings, she occasionally works from home with a flexible day-to-day schedule. If you have a “regular” 9-to-5 routine, it would likely suit both of you greatly.


About The Room

The room comes furnished with a:

• Bed frame (with built-in drawers for extra storage)
• Bedside table
• Spacious wardrobe
• Chest of drawers

The room’s standout feature is the view of Regents Canal, providing ample natural light—a huge plus for London living.
Additionally, the room includes its own bathroom, offering added privacy.


About The Flat
It's a well-proportioned space—neither too small nor too large—clean, quiet, and bathed in natural light throughout the day.
The flat is on the third floor of a four-storey building with a lift and secure fob access.
