Double bedroom in penthouse flat on Regent's canal

Hi,

After four amazing years in Haggerston with my flatmates I am moving in with my girlfriend, and we therefore need to find a new flatmate to replace me. The double room is available from the 2nd of September.

We’re looking for a professional who's friendly and easy-going, someone who respects others' privacy but also likes to hang out with the flatmates to enjoy the flat and discover the amazing local area.

The flat:
You'll be living with really friendly flatmates who have made this flat their home: an Australian girl and a French one. The flat is a penthouse flat on floor 6 with views on Regent’s canal, and the skyscrapers in the city. It has a very big living room, with an open plan kitchen, a balcony running along the flat and a bathroom with a shower and a separate bathtub to share with only one person (the largest room in the flat has its own en-suite).

Situated in a great location, we are 5 minutes walk from the Haggerston overground, which links up to the Elizabeth and Victoria Lines for easy travel to almost anywhere in London. The house is right next to Regent's Canal, and there are lots of cute pubs and restaurants nearby.

We also have a great relationship with the owner and we rent directly through him. Some of us have lived in the flat for 6 years so we know him really well by now. He is always very responsive and fixes issues quickly. Right now the building has scaffolding all around it as they are changing the cladding, this is projected to be completed in September.

Bills:
The bills are approximately 190 each per month each and that includes a cleaner that comes for two hours every week.
