Double room in the upper ground flat of an Islington townhouse, located on the quiet streets of De Beauvoir Town.

The property has a well equipped kitchen diner, large living room, sun terrace and garden. Bathroom is shared with one other.

Within a five minute walk are loads of shops, nightlife, cafe and pubs, such as the De Beauvoir Deli, Arms, and my personal brekkie/brunch favourite Trade!

The city of London is walkable within 20 mins. The property is also right next to a cycle superhighway that can see you to central London in 10 minutes and there is bicycle storage in the front garden.

Housemates are two other young professionals working in the city and both can work long hours. They are flexible social wise and often up for pub trips/dinners if you are!
