I'm sadly moving away from this beautiful house and looking for a replacement.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is currently used as en-suite by one of the flatmates, who pays a bit more.

Highlights of the house for me are the shared living room / kitchen area with sky roof and views to the garden, which gets light all day long (or as much light as you can get in London anyways!), and of course the garden itself! Then there is the neighborhood...

The house is located in the middle of De Beauvoir Town, a fantastic neighborhood with broad, tree-lined streets and attractive period architecture in the middle of Dalston and Islington.

We are a couple of mins away on foot from a wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood.

The other two tenants are two guys in their late 20s working in Finance (one Irish, one French). They both work at the office, so the house is usually quite peaceful. We have a very nice atmosphere in the house and will sometimes go out for a beer, but each of us has their own social life. We also like to keep the place tidy.

The landlord is the Benyon Estate, who own most of the properties in the area. They are great in terms of maintaining the property and quickly addressing issues, as they have an in-house team that will come fix things very quickly.

The new tenancy would go until early March with a chance of extending further afterwards. Unfortunately the landlord is introducing a 7% rent increase from December.

There is two month notice to end the tenancy altogether at any time, but you should also be able to leave as long as you find a replacement.

The deposit is actually £1,423.00 (spareroom has a limit)
