Room in the heart of De Beauvoir Town!

Currently £690 a month, but may be increasing soon by 3% (I will confirm with landlord asap). Council tax, bills, cleaner, probably comes to around £200 a month.

This is a small cosy room in an amazing location. This is within a gated complex in a 4 bedroom house. You’d be sharing with two other guys and one other girl, all in early 30s / late 20s. Ideally we’d like someone 28+.

There are two shared bathrooms (and two of the rooms are en suites so will only be sharing with one other), a large living room / dining area, a small kitchen - but two large refrigerators!

We are a sociable house but also very much have our own lives going on. We have a cleaner who comes twice a month, but try to keep it clean and tidy in between. We are ideally looking for a female to keep the balance, but are open to all.
