Description

**Sociable house in De Beauvoir Town, move in from September**

🕺Male preferred as there are 3 girls and 3 boys (with one guy leaving) and we’d like to keep the balance.

I am regretfully moving out of this amazing flat share for greener pastures, but the good news is that we’ve got a room going in our wonderful, sociable house share. The bedroom is rear facing on the 1st floor so is quiet and gets lots of natural light. It has basic furnishing (bed and drawers) though you might be able to persuade me to leave the cupboards, wardrobe & other bits!

🏡 THE HOUSE

Incredible opportunity to live in a newly renovated gorgeous period house in Islington, with a south facing garden and terrace, perfect for tanning and summer drinks. The place is very roomy (it’s spread across 4 floors - each floor has no more than 2 bedrooms). The house gets lots of natural light throughout the day. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has all white goods (massive fridges/dishwasher/washing machine/dryer).

The property is stunning and it has been kept in excellent condition. Photos of the bedroom are slightly old (it has recently been freshly painted and has a lounge chair and coffee table replacing the office chair and desk). The landlords are professional, friendly and responsive. No agents involved 😊

📍THE LOCATION
The house benefits from an excellent location, close to transport links:
Essex road - 5 min walk
Canonbury - 10 min walk
Highbury and Islington - 15 mins walk
Haggerston - 15 min walk
Dalston Junction - 17 min walk
Angel - 17 min walk
Multiple buses - 1 min walk
Tescos/Sainsburys and whole foods outlets - 2 min walk

Situated in De Beauvoir Town, you can easily walk to Haggerston, Hackney, Dalston, London Fields. The bars/restaurants/shops of Essex Road and Upper Street and Regents canal is on the doorstep. The area is safe and quiet.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 THE HOUSEMATES
You’d be living with 5 legends who are friendly and considerate housemates who like hanging with friends, travel, spotting dogs in pubs, dining out and other generic nice things. Basically we are looking for a like minded, kind person to fit into the house fam, someone who is up for the odd communal meal, night out, a film or a game of chess, but is also respectful of others’ personal space. It’s important to us that the new housemate is clean and tidy, and contributes to housework.

We enjoy hosting friends for dinner and drinks and you are welcome to do the same.
