Description

Description:
Welcome to our lovely, plant-filled apartment overlooking the beautiful Kingsland Wharf and just a 5-minute walk from Haggerston station. We are looking for a friendly and fun flatmate to join our vibrant home.

About the Room:
The available room comes fully furnished with a bedframe and mattress, a built-in wardrobe, and ample storage. You'll also have your own shelf in the lounge for personal items like books or board games, and a double corridor storage wardrobe for any extras.

About Shared Areas:
Our spacious 120m² apartment has an open kitchen with all modern appliances, a large lounge equipped with a smart TV and a vinyl player with an extensive record collection, and a beautiful balcony perfect for relaxing while enjoying the canal view. The shared bathroom, complete with a bath, is shared with Amy. Additionally, there's a dedicated study room with desks for each occupant and a printer.

Transport Links:
Situated only a 5-minute walk from Haggerston station, our apartment offers excellent transport links. Whether you need to commute for work or explore the city, you'll find it easy to get around.

Current Housemates:
You'll be sharing the apartment myself, Linden, a 25-year-old graduate architect, and Amy, a landscape architect. Both of us work out of the apartment most days. We also have an apartment cat, but she is very polite and a bit shy, so it may take a while for her to warm up to you. When she does, she’ll politely ask you for strokes. Don’t worry about cat hair, as we have a Roomba which hoovers the apartment and keeps everything clean and tidy. We're a sociable group who love music and good vibes, but we also respect each other's space and privacy.

What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is clean and tidy, sociable but respectful of personal space. Our ideal flatmate is friendly and enjoys a harmonious living environment. Being considerate and communicative is key to maintaining the positive vibes in our home.

Council Tax Band:
The apartment falls under Council Tax Band F. Bills will be around £90 per month for council tax and £126 per month for electricity, water, and WiFi. This means the tenant needs to have a minimum budget of £1,400.

We also have a video of the apartment and more images so please feel free to ask for them!

We’re doing a house viewing tomorrow, 4th August, so please message to arrange a 10-minute viewing slot as they will be booked up fast! Join us in our charming canal-side oasis and make this beautiful apartment your new home!
