Hello! We're looking for a flatmate to join our 3 bedroom flat in De Beauviour Town. We're looking for a sociable, friendly, and not too messy person who likes trips to the pub. The rent will be about £980-£1000 per month without bills, which are around £50 not including council tax. The contract is for a year, starting from the 13th of November. The security deposit will be £1083.

The flat is located in St. Aubins court in De Beauviour Town and is within walking distance from Haggerston (18 mins), Angel (20 mins), Dalston (20 mins) and Highbury and Islington (26 mins). There are lots of nice coffee shops and pubs close by. The flat has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen (with a dishwasher) and a balcony.

You’ll be living Anastasia (26y) a PhD student in quantum physics and Sacha (27y) who works in marketing. We’re friends from university and are quite easy going and enjoy exploring the local pubs and restaurants, stand-up comedy and generally hanging out.
