Huge studio room in beautiful De Beauvoir house

This is the most beautiful place I ever lived in, basically a studio within a house. Comes fully furnished, with own bathroom w bathtub & shower, own private patio, built-in closet and lots and lots of daylight (even when its grey out).

The house is over 2 floors, this room is upstairs at the back so there is lots of privacy. The rest of the house is beautifully decorated and all appliances are to a high spec. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, communal TV available along with everything else you might need.

You'll be sharing with 2 lovely guys who work in fashion. The vibe is friendly and respectful, we sometimes hang out but also have our own stuff going on. Definitely not a party house and 30plus only please.

The lease ends is January but there is potential to take over the contract then.
