Portered building with a shared terrace and a basic gym in a prime location in De Beauvoir with loads of restaurants, pubs, bars and parks (Shoreditch park, Rosemary Gardens, Haggerston park) in the area. Great transport links with the overground from Dalston or Haggerston, as well as bus routes literally 30 secs away from the building (76, 141). Right by the canal and 10 min walk away from Kingsland Road (Haggerston up to Dalston) and a 20 min walk to Angel while also being close to Highbury.

You’ll be living with me (30 male working in at a fintech). I work from the office 3-4 days a week and like to come back home to a chill, friendly and clean space. I’m pretty sociable and love a good night out, but really value peace and quiet in my home so this is def not an afters flat.

Bills add up to around 160 a month on average (council, wifi, electric, water).

Flat is available from November 11th which is when we’re renewing the lease.
