Single Room next to Regents Canal

Looking for someone to take over my single room in a great flat in De Beauvoir Town.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, one shower room and a separate toilet. There is a kitchen with dining table - perfect for catching up with your future flatmates in the evenings!

Furniture that comes with the room includes:
- Desk
- 1 chair
- Bedside table
- Bedframe and mattress

The flat is located right next to Regent’s Canal - a 30 min walk in one direction to Angel, and to Broadway Market in the other direction! There are also lots of nice independent shops and cafés in the surrounding area.

Bills are not included, but come out to approximately £100 per person, per month (depending on the temperature outside, of course!) - this includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, and fibre-optic wifi!

Looking for someone chilled and tidy to live with Paddy, 26, who currently works at a trade union. He enjoys going to gigs, rock climbing, gardening and generally doing things outdoors! He typically works part the week at home and part the week at the office.

Our landlord is very helpful and responsive. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and, any issues we’ve had, he’s been quick to have them fixed. He has also not increased the rent since we moved in.

The room will be available officially from 8th October.

Please note - this flat won’t be suitable for couples or people with pets.
