We have a lovely, light-filled room available in our warm and friendly family apartment, complete with access to a beautiful balcony overlooking Kingsland Basin — perfect for a morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Haggerston Overground Station, the flat offers quick and easy access to central London, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away by the water.

You’ll be sharing the home with our small family — two parents, our 12-year-old son, a playful Cockapoo and a very relaxed cat. It’s a welcoming, respectful household, and we’re looking for someone who would feel comfortable in a family environment and enjoys a friendly atmosphere.

The room would suit someone coming to London for a defined period (for example, a work placement or project) rather than a long-term let.

You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, comfortable living room and a bathroom shared with our son.
