Short term double room in De Beauvoir/Haggerston

Hi!

I am sadly moving out of my flat and need someone to take over my lease from 22nd September until the lease is over the first week of January, with the potential to extend through the landlord.

(Women only please and no couples, sorry!)

The room is quite large with plenty of storage space. It comes with a tall double bed, a dresser, and a desk, as well as closet space installed along two of the walls.

The flat has a nice sized kitchen and living room, and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of storage, with each person having their own cupboard, a dining area, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room is furnished with incredibly comfy couches, a dryer, and while there's no TV we have a projector that we connect our laptops to to watch movies on.

The (ex-council) building is a 5 min walk to Haggerston station, and there are several bus lines around too (149, 242, 243 are right around the corner by Haggerston station). There are loads of cute pubs, bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby and it is right next to Regent's canal. It's an easy walk to broadway market and London fields. It is truly such a wonderful location and I'm so sad to be leaving!

You'll be living with Claire (American) and Jo (Australian), both professional women in their late 20s. It's a very chill household, quite relaxed during the week but on the weekends we're always making the most of the city.

Rent is £966 per month, with a £1000 deposit. Bills come out to around £100 a month, including wifi.
