De Beauvoir House - Available Oct 25

Hi!

We are two girls looking for a third housemate in our lovely De Beauvoir House - just around the corner from De Beauvoir Arms where yes you can spend all your money.

The room available is top floor and very big, comes with a bed but no other furniture (some may be for sale). You would share a full bathroom with one other that has a tub. House has a spacious living room and kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine + a private outdoor space which gets lots of sun during the day.

You would be sharing with Kendall (NZ) who works in private opthamology and Cleo (Dutch) who works in film. We're a split with wfh and office during the week and both travel often so prefer someone similar who doesn’t wfh full time. When we're in the house in the evenings we hang out but also have our own lives, ideally looking for someone up for a chat and a house dinner.

If you own kitchen equipment and enjoy cooking for your housemates bonus points to you :)

Room available from Oct 25, some flexibility for earlier if needed as our housemate is moving to Scotland. Rent is 1184, bills are not included and come to 150-200 a month.
