About the house:

The house is very bright and spacious. All the communal spaces are a great size.

The room comes with a wardrobe and chest of draws for storage. It can also come with a bed and mattress (The bed and mattress belongs to current flatmate - she is happy to sell them for £70 if needed).

We are in the middle of De Beauvoir, so really well connected to Dalston, Islington, Stoke Newington.

We have a bike shed in the front garden, if you need somewhere to store your bike safely.

Accessibility:

There are 5 steps into the building, another 3 into our front door, then the house is split over 3 floors, with a total of 29 steps. The Bathroom is on the top floor.

About us:

We are Scott (Any Pronouns) and Edie (she/her).

Edie is 26, she works as a part time Barista and studies Graphic Design. She’s interested in all things food and design.

I’m 36 and work for Aesop, so there is always nice soap in the house. My passions include yoga, cycling, jogging, reading and poetry. I’m Vegan and have been for over 10 years.

I identify as Queer, so LGBTQIA+ people are very welcome.

£850 and bills are roughly £150 currently.

13rd of October would be ideal

Tenancy type:

The property is rented through Benyon Estate. You would be added to a 12 month contract. There is a £50 reference check and the deposit is £630.

The reference check is done by an external company, who check your income. I believe they look for an income of over £23,000 per annum. Therefore, benefits wouldn’t be accepted, if less than £23,000.
