Double Room in De Beauvoir Town

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmates room from the 14th October.

The rent is £990 and the bills are usually around £110-£150 pcm (including council tax) depending on the time of year. Council tax is £60 per person.

The room is very large and has an en-suite and a built in wardrobe.

The house itself has a large open planned kitchen/dining area along with a spacious lounge. There is space for a desk within the common areas should you want to work from home. You'd be sharing a bathroom with just one other person as 3/5 rooms have separate en suites. In addition, there is a small back garden which is nice for sitting in the sun and enjoying BBQs.

It's situated within De Beauvoir Town, just down the road from the local square. The area is stunning and feels like a small village while still being surrounded by vibrant areas such as Dalston and Shoreditch just up/down Kingsland Road. Regent's Canal is at the end of the road and is a lovely way to get about the area. The nearest station is Haggerston Overground which is less than a 5 minute walk away. I can't recommend this area enough!

There will be 2 others moving in at the same time as you and the current flatmates are 2 females in their late 20s. Their ideal new flatmate would be someone that is sociable and friendly.

The move in date would be the week of the 14th October so I'll probably only be considering dates around then - sorry!
