WANT TO FILL QUICKLY! 3 month minimum, early November move-in, end date needs to be flexible.

The house has two others living in it. It’s a three floor townhouse. Each floor has a communal space and a bedroom: the ground floor has kitchen, 1st floor has living room, and top floor has the bathroom. My house mates are both models/actors, both super interesting, free spirited people! One male and one female that are often elsewhere.

Really large top floor room, lots of storage space, king bed, two bay windows, corner desk and arts corner. Front and back garden, 3 minute walk from great coffee, hungover pizza of dreams, Wholefoods and deli.

Subletting my room until the end of January guaranteed. Context: I’m trialling moving in with my partner who lives out of London. I’m also in the middle of finding a new job. If this ends up requiring me to be in London (or god forbid my partner and I want to rip each others heads off 🥴) I might well want to move back in at some point after the end of January. However there’s also a chance that you will be able to replace me on the lease and move in permanently.

I’m also not supposed to sublet my room, so I need whoever takes it to be happy, if faced with the scenario, to fib to my estate managers and say we’re doing a house swap or you’re a friend staying while I’m away or something.

All in all, looking for someone that is comfortable with flexibility on how long the room will be theirs for. As mentioned, I will guarantee it for 3 months, and will give a minimum of a months weeks notice if I need to move back in.
