Double Room in De Beauvoir

Hi! We’re Tash and Zara and we are looking for a friendly and chilled person to come join us in our lovely flat in De Beauvoir.

We live in a lovely flat in a period home; 5 mins walk from Regents Canal. We are 5-10 mins walk from 7 different bus lines (21, 141, 76, 242, 243, 149) as well as Haggerston overground station. Dalston is within walking distance too.

The room is a large double room and will be available around the end of November/beginning of December. The room comes unfurnished, however the outgoing flat mate is open to offers for the furniture. The room is on the upper ground floor and looks out over the back garden. The garden is really large and it's lovely to sit out in during sunny days.

Rent is £1093 per month
Bills (broadband, gas, electric, water and council tax) usually come to about £120 per month
Deposit of £1150

We’re a pretty chilled household. We both work from home a couple of days a week and are in as much as we’re out during the evenings and weekends. We are looking for a flatmate who is also super chilled, easy going and doesn't want to party all night in the living room with their mates (we keep our partying to other people's houses!) Anyone who voluntarily takes the bins out, vacuums or loads the dishwasher is very welcome.
