Hello, sadly our lovely flatmate is moving countries so we have a very spacious double room free in our 3 bed flat!

We’re in a great location in lovely De Beauvoir Town; walking distance to Dalston, Haggerston and Angel. Many excellent pubs, cafes and local restaurants nearby. Well connected by buses and overground and walking distance to supermarkets.

- Min 6 months but looking for someone to stay long-term and make it their home
- £650 pcm including council tax. Other bills on top

Please note, there is no living room but this is somewhat reflected in the price. The room is spacious but the flat has limited storage so may not suit everyone.

FLATMATES:

- Sharing with Elaina and Peta, we’re two female professionals in our early 30s. We both enjoy making the most of London, pubs, gigs, yoga, food markets …
- We’re a busy household but are up for a chat or a meal together when schedules align. We’re a friendly, tidy and considerate bunch and are looking for someone similarly-minded who will contribute to the homely vibe.

We get on well with the private landlord so no pesky agency fees but you’ll need to be able to provide proof of income.
