Double En-suite in sought after De Beauvoir Town

Hello!

I moved by myself into this beautiful 2-bedroom lower ground floor flat and am looking for someone for the second bedroom (both are en-suite).

The flat has a large open-plan kitchen/living room and a nice outdoor patio perfect for lounging and BBQs on sunny days.

The bedroom available for rent is the biggest of the two, with a large space to turn into a closet area. It comes with the bed only, however I have some furniture that I am not using that I am happy to lend/sell cheap.

About myself: I am a 32 yo French female finance professional, I practice yoga and work out most days, and enjoy going to the farmers market, going for coffee and walks in the neighbourhood at the weekend.

I am looking to create a shared space with someone tidy, clean and respectful, also a working professional, who is seeking a place they want to care for and call home. We are all busy with our own lives, but I want someone who enjoys hanging out around a glass of wine or dinner every now and then and become friends.

The move-in date is flexible - second half of November can be arranged, but no later than early December.
Note that this is not a sublet - a lease amendment will be required to add a second person (cost is roughly £40 I believe). The bills are excluded from the monthly rent and come out to roughly £300 (for council tax, internet, electricity and gas - water is excluded as will be paid every six months and I have only been here 2 months, so I don't know yet how much that will be, but it shouldn't be more than £30/month and will be pro-rated accordingly).
