Short term let! Double Room in De Beauvoir Town

I’m renting out the spare room of my newly-renovated 2 bedroom flat in Islington.

I have a friend moving in mid to late Jan so it’s just available as a short term let until then, I can be flexible with dates if needed.

The flat is in the upstairs of a split level Victorian townhouse and has a huge living room/ kitchen (with coffee machine!) and a shared bathroom. There is also a bike shed with loads of space in the front yard, as well as as an attic if you have anything which needs storing. Loads of nice pubs and places to eat nearby.

Im working quite long hours at the moment and like to keep the flat as a quiet and tidy space to hang out in (hoping to find someone who is looking for the same!)
