Lovely double room just off De Beauvoir Square

Hello!

I am moving out after one year of being in this lovely house just off the De Beauvoir square, 5min walk to Haggerston and Dalston Junction stations and just a walk away from London Fields, Old Street and Angel. It is a big house with 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a living room and a big garden in the back. The location is great and the house is super homey!

You will be living with 3 people: Joana, Violeta and Caitlin (plus Millie our cute cat). We all get along and enjoy hanging out in the kitchen whilst we're cooking, sometimes working together from home, or playing board games. Catan and Rumikub are our favourites :) at the same time we all have our personal lives and do our own thing and respect each other’s space.

We are all professionals, all interior designers. We are looking for someone creative, friendly and laid back, that enjoys going for coffee and socialising but is not a crazy party person. We would prefer someone who is not working fully remote. We do enjoy grabbing a pint at a pub from time to time, but it's not a party house. We are all dedicated to our jobs and enjoy having a peaceful fuss free place to come home to.

Practicalities re the house: price is 820GBP per month plus bills, we also do have a cleaner that comes every other week. The bedroom is top floor double and comes unfurnished. It's a good size and gets the morning sun! You would share a bathroom with another person.
