Lovely room in the Beauvoir

Hello 😊 I am moving away from London so there is a big bright double room with balcony available in the heart of East London with two great housemates!

~ The flat
Situated on a quiet street in Haggerston between Dalston and Hoxton the house is 3 mins from Haggerston overground and numerous bus routes. It is on the doorstep of all East London has to offer and you can be in central in less than 30 mins. It has loads of great parks nearby (and London Fields lido!) and tonnes of pubs and restaurants plus an Aldi only 10 mins walk away - we love the location! The flat is chill, friendly and clean. It is across two floors - there is a toilet, livingroom and separate kitchen with a balcony you can use to tan your face on the ground floor and three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is also tonnes of storage in the house. We have a great relationship with the landlord who is very nice and has our best interests at heart. He has recently repainted the house.

~ Your new housemates
Current housemates are is Teresa who works in a Merchandise company. We are currebtly doing viewings for the big room but looking for another super easy going and friendly. the vibe of the flat is friendly always, we have busy lives and respect each other’s space but also enjoy kitchen chats and catch ups. We’re looking for a friendly, clean and easy going (working professional) in their mid 20’s/early 30’s who's looking for a great place to call home. (no couples or short lets sorry).

~ Your room!
The room you’ll be taking the small room in the house, bright and a beautiful view of London. You have your own wardeobe inside and outside if the room( so plenty of storage for you!!!) The room comes with a bed, desk and shelf for books !

Rent ~ £750
Bill ~ they flex each month but approx £80
Deposit ~ 1 month rent
Availability ~ Room is free to move in from the 19th of January but can be flexible for right person
You'd need to sign a tenancy agreement and be able to pass usual reference checks.
