Really nice room, with a great view over a (usually) leafy Islington street

Great location right by the De Beauvoir Arms (and all the other things on Southgate Road)
De Beauvoir is really nice, and also very well situated for Islington, Dalston, Hackney, Regent’s Canal etc etc

Two friendly, professional housemates. 28 and 31. Both certified bona fide good lads.

Great terrace at the back for when the weather warms up.

Spacious living room. Kitchen extremely well-stocked with fairly unnecessary gadgets - pizza oven, pasta maker, slow cooker, I think there’s a cheese maker but I don’t really know what that means

The outside of the house has actually been painted since that picture was taken - I will update when I get back after Christmas
